Galvan Coover HR Consulting helps growing companies build the HR infrastructure they need to support growth and navigate culture change. We partner with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders to develop practical, strategic HR solutions tailored to each organization’s unique needs, culture, and mission.
Galvan Coover HR Consulting was founded in 2023 by Dina Galvan Coover, Founder and Principal Consultant. The firm is built on more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across diverse organizations in the United States, Mexico, and Colombia. Our experience spans industries including manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, commercial real estate and development, professional services, and nonprofit organizations, bringing a broad business perspective to the HR challenges organizations face as they grow and evolve.
Our approach goes beyond one-size-fits-all HR solutions. We take the time to understand how an organization operates, where it is going, and what its people need to succeed. We bring a creative, strategic approach to problem-solving, developing practical solutions that reflect each client’s culture, resources, business priorities, and goals.
Our work can include building and strengthening HR infrastructure, improving HR systems and processes, recruiting and retaining talent, supporting employee relations, payroll and HR operations, and leading strategic HR initiatives. We can also serve as a liaison between our clients and their HR service providers, helping organizations communicate requirements, coordinate implementations, resolve issues, and ensure their HR technology and service partners are effectively supporting the needs of the business.
Bilingual English/Spanish support is available to help organizations communicate effectively across their workforce and better support Spanish-speaking employees and leaders.
